The Sweet Lou B Foundation is dedicated to empowering child care centers, independent organizations, and nonprofit sponsoring organizations by guiding them through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) application processes. Our services ensure that you understand and meet all state and federal requirements to achieve program approval and maximize your reimbursements.

• CACFP Application: $6,500

• SFSP Application: $6,500

• Both Applications: $13,000

Please Note:

• Applications take 3 to 6 months for approval, depending on the state and readiness of your organization.

• Only 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations are eligible to sponsor unaffiliated sites or participate in the SFSP program.

• We cannot create documentation or submit applications on your behalf, but we provide full guidance to ensure success.

Important Notes for The Sweet Lou B Foundation Services

1. Eligibility for SFSP and Sponsorship of Organizations:​

   • Only non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations can act as sponsoring organizations for unaffiliated and affiliated sites under the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) or SFSP.

2. Only non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations can operate the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).

3. Guidance vs. Application Submission:

   • The Sweet Lou B Foundation provides detailed guidance to help you navigate the application process for CACFP and SFSP.

   • We assist in understanding requirements, gathering necessary documentation, and properly completing forms.

   • We do not create documentation or submit applications on behalf of organizations.

4. Documentation Integrity:

   • It is essential that all documentation provided is:

     • Accurate, valid, and truthful.

     • Complete and timely to meet all state and federal deadlines.

   • The Sweet Lou B Foundation emphasizes compliance with ethical standards; fraudulent or forged documentation will result in disqualification from the program.
